Blue 42s Burger Bar

AMAZING Burgers and wings, y’all! Easily the best wings I’ve ever had. Add a friendly staff and an owner who really seems to give a hoot about the customers and their bellies. Wonderful atmosphere with locals and visitors alike sharing stories…. It’s almost like you’re family here. Definitely worth the drive wherever you hail from. Ten stars!!

Wow! A small town burger joint that delivers delicious burgers and sides! Quick service, great menu, and cooked my burger to perfect temp! Toppings were fresh and robust, Mac and cheese was amazing! Perfect strip of BACON! Pretzel was crisp yet soft and fluffy on the inside. Beer cheese had great flavor! Beer was cold!

I was here about a year ago, but I can't find where I made a post about this place, so I will give Blue 42s its just accolade. This place knows what they're doing with burgers. Let's just start with the burger patty itself. It can best be described by my wife, who said, "the burger itself is sooooo goooood". A lot of times, when I go to a burger place, I will get a simple cheeseburger, just to see if they can do that well. Seasoned well, the patty provides a good base in which to build around. Now, there are different things Blue 42's offers to add onto the burger, including a build-your-own. And they offer a lunch special with chips and drink that is reasonable. For this trip, I tried the "Got Smoked". This gem of a burger has smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese with apple wood bacon. The Mac and cheese would make a great side on its own. In fact, I would eat that for a meal. Add in the 2 ample bacon slices, and this is one heavy, delicious gut-filling meal. Comes with fries or chips ...
